"Packed really well"
I was a little nervous about ordering a painting online, but it showed up in great shape. It came in a sturdy box with plenty of padding, and the corners were protected really well. Nothing was bent, scratched, or damaged at all.

The artist kept me updated along the way, and I was able to ask for one small change before it was finished. It all felt smooth and not rushed or confusing, which I really appreciated.
When the painting arrived, I loved it. It really looks like my dog and has more personality than just a copied photo. I’d definitely use them again.

"Such a sweet keepsake"
I got a painting done of my dog it turned out so sweet. I kind of assumed it might take a little while since custom stuff usually does, and yep, it did take a bit, but it was totally worth the wait. My family all loved it too, which I had a feeling they would because we’re all obsessed with him.

"Felt like I was stuck talking to a robot"
I had an issue with my order it never really got fixed. Support kept sending me the same generic replies over and over, like nobody was actually reading what I wrote. It felt like one of those automated systems designed to wear you down until you just give up. The whole thing took way too long, and I still didn’t get a real solution. Disappointing experience.
